We’re excited to bring our native garden design and maintenance services to Maplewood and South Orange beginning in Fall 2026, led by Jamie Hardy.

Since joining our Montclair team, Jamie has quickly become a valued and much-loved member of Ecothumbs. She brings an exceptional depth of native plant knowledge, a thoughtful design eye, and a genuine passion for creating beautiful, ecologically rich landscapes. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she's a joy to work with.

Jamie holds master's degrees in both Sustainability Management and Landscape Design from Columbia University. She serves on the board of the Wild Ones NJ Gateway Chapter and leads environmental arts education and habitat restoration initiatives in Essex County schools. Her work reflects a deep commitment to helping people reconnect with nature through native plants and sustainable landscapes.

We're thrilled to have Jamie leading EcoThumbs' work in Maplewood, South Orange, and Millburn, where she'll help homeowners transform their yards into thriving habitats for pollinators, birds, and other local wildlife. Beyond creating beautiful gardens, Jamie is excited to build opportunities for neighbors to learn, garden, and make a lasting impact together. We couldn't be happier to have her leading this expansion and look forward to helping even more communities embrace the beauty and ecological benefits of native landscapes.
